REAL ESTATE PLATFORM

Over the past 20 years, Gaw Capital Partners has built a strong track record as an Asia-based real estate fund manager, investing in high barrier-to-entry markets across Asia Pacific and selected global cities.

Specializing in creating value from under-utilized real estate, the firm revitalizes assets through redesign and repositioning, active asset management and creative capital solutions. Gaw Capital invests across the full spectrum of real estate sectors —including offices, retail, hospitality, residential, logistics and data centres — supported by dedicated local teams and specialized operating platforms.

INFRASTRUCTURE PLATFORM

Building on its real asset capabilities, Gaw Capital is expanding into essential infrastructure that supports modernization, resilience and energy transition. The firm’s Infrastructure Platform focuses on municipal infrastructure and energy transition infrastructure in Asia, pursuing high-quality assets and platforms with durable cash flows and strong barriers to entry.

In municipal infrastructure, Gaw Capital has entered Korea’s private waste management sector, a cornerstone service underpinning long-term economic development. In energy transition infrastructure, the firm owns 50% stake of Valent Energy, a utility-scale battery energy storage system (BESS) investment platform in Australia, helping enable reliable integration of renewables and supporting the region’s clean energy transition.

PRIVATE EQUITY / VENTURE CAPITAL PLATFORM

Gaw Capital has built a diversified private equity and growth equity platform since 2016, focusing on energy transition, TMT, PropTech, and consumer services, partnering with management teams to scale high‑growth, market‑leading platforms. In 2025, Gaw Capital founded Nauticus Education Group, an evergreen, fully integrated education platform spanning early childhood, K–12 international schools, and education services across Asia‑Pacific and the Middle East.

PRIVATE CREDIT PLATFORM

Private credit has become an increasingly important segment of the credit markets. In 2020, Gaw Capital established its private credit platform to provide an additional source of income supported by real estate collaterals in Asia.
