Gaw Capital Partners is a uniquely positioned private equity fund management company focusing on global real estate markets. Specializing in adding strategic value to under-utilized real estate through redesign and re-positioning, the company has seized the windows of opportunity presented in the current real estate markets to achieve significant results in property investments and development projects covering the entire spectrum of real estate sectors, including residential development, commercial offices, retail malls, serviced apartments, hotels, logistics and IDC.
Since its inception in 2005, GCP has raised six commingled funds targeting the Greater China and APAC regions since 2005. The firm also manages value-add/opportunistic funds in Vietnam and the US, a Pan-Asia hospitality fund, a European Hospitality Fund, a Gaw Growth Equity Fund, and also provides services for separate account direct investments globally. Gaw Capital has raised equity of USD$ 17.2 billion since 2005 and commands assets of USD$ 30.7 billion under management as of Q4 2020.
Gaw Capital USA (“Gaw USA”), the affiliate of Gaw Capital Partners, was formed in 2013 to provide investment services in the United States.
Gaw USA through its associate, Downtown Properties, has been investing in US real estate since 1995.
