Gaw Capital Advisors Japan K.K. (\u201cGaw Capital Japan\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) adopts Complaint Handling Rules and strives to handle complaints from clients fairly and appropriately and to gain understanding of the clients.<\/span><\/p>\n

For the Client who has lodged a Complaint, the Company shall give an explanation as necessary depending on the development of procedures, with due consideration to the characteristics of the relevant Client. In addition, the Company shall introduce appropriate External Institutions to the client upon request of the client.<\/span><\/p>\n

External Institutions to which Gaw Capital Japan introduces clients who have a claim against the Company for resolving complaints and disputes are the Tokyo Bar Association, the Daiichi Tokyo Bar Association and the Daini Tokyo Bar Association with respect to the use of the Tokyo Bar Association Dispute Resolution Center, the Daiichi Tokyo Bar Association Dispute Resolution Center and the Daini Tokyo Bar Association Dispute Resolution Center. The Company shall cooperate with such External Institutions pursuant to the provisions of laws and regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n
