As early as 2012, the firm formed a joint venture platform to develop and operate luxury retail outlet malls in China, spanning Wuqing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Wuhan, Chengdu and Chongqing. 

 

In Hong Kong, Gaw Capital Partners, and its consortium partners, acquired 29 local community shopping centers and associated facilities in March 2018 and March 2019.
