Gaw Capital Partners acquired a 100% stake in Korea Environmental Technology Co. Ltd. (“Koentec”), a leading integrated waste management company in South Korea, for approximately US$500 million from E&F Private Equity and IS Dongseo. This marks Gaw Capital’s first investment in the waste management infrastructure sector, establishing a strategic foothold in Asia’s waste management industry.
