In partnership with local developers and operators, the firm has expanded this capability to the overseas market in the forms of land lease communities and pre-selling units development. Gaw Capital has developed a senior living portfolio in Australia since 2018, with a total gross floor area (GFA) of 204,306 sqm, spanning 5 land lease communities (LLC) and a market-leading retirement living village, providing more than 2000 units for senior living.
