Following our successful renovation of The Foyer, the team has achieved a series of green building certifications, including the BEAM Plus Platinum Rating, WELL Core Platinum and WELL Health-Safety Rating.

Initiatives on reduction of energy consumption have been taken. Examples include installation of solar hot water panels on roof to supply renewable energy to desiccant cooling system, upgrade of air-cooled chiller with variable speed drive, installation of LED lighting to achieve long-term energy saving and lower maintenance cost.

Large area of vertical green walls was installed on the building façade and public space, acting as “air purifiers”. EV chargers were installed to promote the use of electric vehicles.
