Gaw Capital USA (“Gaw USA”), the affiliate of Gaw Capital Partners, was formed in 2013 to provide investment services in the United States.
Gaw USA through its associate, Downtown Properties, has been investing in US real estate since 1995.

Gaw Capital UK, an affiliate of Gaw Capital Partners, was formed in 2014 to provide advisory and asset management services in the United Kingdom and selected countries in Europe. In addition to separate account direct investment service, Gaw Capital UK also provides investment services for a creative office club investment vehicle.
Gaw Capital UK is currently managing assets of over US$ 652 million across 3 projects as of the first quarter of 2025.

Private credit has been growing rapidly in the credit markets. Gaw Capital Partners established its private credit platform in 2020 which offers an alternative stream of high carry income mainly backed by real estate assets.
The firm delivers risk-adjusted returns to its investors by focusing on transactions with perfected securities over prime properties or projects with acceptable last dollar value in different lender-friendly jurisdictions. Gaw Capital excels in its flexibility in transaction structure and security, extensive industry connections, stringent risk management and deep knowledge of the collateral assets it accepts.

Since 2016, Gaw Capital Partners, through its fund under management and separate accounts, has deployed over US$ 450 million in equity, with a primary focus on real estate related operating and technology companies across the Asia region. In 2021, Gaw Capital closed its Gaw Growth Equity Fund I to continue investing in thematic platforms that are synergistic to Gaw Capital’s wider range of operating platforms under management.
