Alan Lee

Mr. Lee has been the Chief Operating Officer, Managing Director and Principal of Gaw Capital Partners since 2013 and previously served as the Chief Financial Officer of Gaw Capital Partners from 2005 to 2013. Mr. Lee has over 25 years of experience in capital and debt financings including initial public offering, international share placings, credit rating and bond issuances. He has also served as an Executive Director of Pioneer Global Group (SEHK: 224) since 2013 and has been the Chief Financial Officer of Pioneer Global Group since 2000. Mr. Lee is also a Chartered Professional Accountant in Canada and a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor of Science from the Imperial College of Science and Technology at the University of London, a Master of Science Degree in Engineering from the University of Hong Kong and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto.
