Gaw NP Capital Vietnam Fund I (Exited) is an opportunistic fund raised in 2015 to complete the purchase of a portfolio of real estate projects in Vietnam, operating primarily through its Gaw NP Capital joint venture. The portfolio comprises residential, hospitality, and mixed-use commercial projects in major cities such as Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, and Hanoi.
